4) WITH WHICH CARGO IS MY ORDER SENT?

 -Your order is sent to you with the assurance of our contracted DHL Cargo, UPS Cargo or TNT Cargo. The cargo company is selected by us according to availability.

 

5) WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

-The shipping fee is free for your purchases of 100 € or more. For your purchases under 100€, it is only 15€.

 

6) HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

 -Since our products fall into the category of sensitive products, they are wrapped in boxes and packages specially produced for our valued customers, and put into the cargo bag in this way.

A "sensitive product" warning is given to the cargo courier.

 

 

7) HOW MANY DAYS WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

 -The delivery time of your order is maximum 4-7 working days. After this process, it is delivered to the contracted DHL, TNT, FEDEX or UPS Cargo branch. Cargo will be delivered within 4-7 working days after your order is issued.

8) HOW CAN I FIND THE CARGO TRACKING NUMBER OF MY ORDER?

 - After your order is delivered to the cargo branch, a notification message is sent to you via SMS and MAIL.

 

9) DO YOU HAVE WHOLESALE?

-Yes, we have wholesale. For wholesale purchases, our lower limit for your first purchase is 250€. This limit decreases to 125€ for your next purchases.
