Delivery & Return


Delivery Information:

Your order will be delivered to the cargo within a maximum of 4 working days from the day you place the order. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order delivery stages from the My Orders section of the My Account section.

 

For Your Order Cancellation Requests:

if your order is in the Preparation stage, if your product has not been delivered to the Cargo authorities yet, you can notify our support team at +905528044323 or +905528064323 via whatsapp or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Your order will be canceled during the day. Products purchased with a campaign cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded. The stock is limited for the products with the campaign. If the product is out of stock when the customer places an order, no cancellation, change or refund can be made.


For Personalized Design Products:

We do not have the option of exchange or return in custom-designed products, as the product is specially produced for you!

Fee Refund Process:

Your returned product will be examined by Atelier Duygu officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited in your bank within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.
